The year is drawing to a close, and mostly what I've been thinking about is life after Cornish. It's a little soon, I know, since I still have an entire semestre to get thru, not to mention preparations for my senior show. I am finally done with finals! This has been a bloody hell of a past few weeks - death, sickness, too much work, practically no sleep... there was a bit of goodness to make up for it, but I'm still glad that school is over... at least for now ( Read more... )

It is, as Rachel affectionately puts it, 'death week'. Monday will commmence the final week of finals, and I still have three papers to write, an essay final to study for, a bunch of photos to print, and who knows how many paintings to finish... Just finished the main week of midterms (for some reason my professors stretched it out over an entire month), and I'm reasonably certain everything went well. I still have critiques coming up in Photo and Painting, but I should be good.
