So I got to have a bit part in an indie film a couple days ago... I wrapped myself in vinyl, screamed for 15 seconds, and then had my throat slit so that the writer/director and the make-up artist could take a bunch of pictures. It was fun. And I made out with $30

It would, actually... sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but she ended up in jail first, and he was waiting for her when he got arrested. I think she got pulled over while smoking a joint or something. :( Stupid small towns. I haven't heard anything from them for a couple days, so I figured I'd call to-night, and see if my bro at least got his phone back. I'll fill you in as soon as I know the details.*

Other than that, very cool that you got to pretend die and made a little cash off of it. I'm sure you had tons of fun screaming. I can totally see you enjoying that. Especially with vinyl. Though that stuff can get a little sticky after awhile...

Yeah, the guy said he's email me pics, so I'll post them if I have the chance. And the screaming was fun... altho' I didn't know that was part of the deal before I got there, so my throat hurt a bit afterward... but definitely fun. :)*

Ha ha... Actually, I wasn't expecting any money from the gig. I was just doing it, kuz another one of my friends from school is in it too. But then the director handed me $30, and I didn't see a reason to complain. That's food for a couple weeks. :) Besides, it wasn't that filthy... it wasn't even covered in fake blood...*

It's doubtful. He's had so many 'lessons' in the past few years, that I think he may be completely incapable of inserting new and improved data into his brain... kidding... kind of. All I know, is I would have learned long since.

I'm right there with you. I've been so busy I've had to schedule my sleep for the weekends...my big Saturday adventure has been getting 18 hours of uninterrupted snoozin'...not to last, alas - my mom's coming back to town next weekend.

Let's have lunch sometime? I've been working a lot, so my only non-class time in the city has been from 12-1, when I have my lunch break.
