Ok.... Just finished using the bathroom at 6:14 in the morning in a bathroom with a toilet that wouldn't stop running after half an hour trying to get it to stop. Why? An update
Some folk have been implying that I don't take my meds properly or take care of myself. Last weeks bloodwork proves them liars. Long and Short term sugars - 6.5, target 7 Cholesterol (LDL) 1.29, down from 1.57 target is 2. BP 127/73 average. I'm in better shape than ever. -

Friday and Saturday with the kidlets
OK, picked up kids from playcare and wrangled em out to the store to do a little shopping. Wholesaler had Schneiders 1/4 lb angus beef hot dogs on for 2 bucks a pack (of 4) so picked up a couple of those. They were a hat and Kraft dinner and fresh apples made lunch.
