had a great work out... BUT NO PROTEIN! i made some eggs, but i know it's not as good for fast acting afterwards. i skipped shoulders since i feel like that was incomplete and somewhat wasted.

I hope Zoe's hip is okay. SHe has seemed a bit more sore the past couple days, and wasn't begging to play today... but I needed a run, so instead of going to the beach alone like I planned, I asked her to go outside with me.
