Does it bollocks. Slept (at last) for 12 hours last night and I feel worse than ever! That said I only woke up in the end because I thought it might be easier to control my thoughts when I'm awake but now I can just feel them fighting for dominance over the other tat I'm using to mask them. Shitty tit wanking arseholes.

I'm bored out of my head at the minute. I'm gonna go back to doing uni stuff tomorrow I think. I cant spend another day sat in this room watching DVD's and playing mah jong!
