You're right, it's an awfully nice time of day. I mean, it's deathly quiet and you just know that everyone else is getting a lovely full night's sleep while you're busy being awake and feeling like shite. There's nothing quite like it.

I have lozenges, if you want. They seem to help the sore throat.

Ask the nurse for a pepperup potion? ask snape, he'll have a potion for you. unless he doesn't like you -- in that case, he probably poisoned it.
