You can do it! You can doooooo it! Take it slowly :) p.s. I love #4 ;) As far as the scale goes. I stopped my obsessive weighing. If I do it daily I do it right when I get up and that's it. I now do it weekly so I don't feel so crazy.
I started off really good, but then when things started to get stressful, I would pop on the scale (usually enough to make me avoid eating to calm down!) LOL
It's better for me to not look at the scale. I know it.. but 35 years of doing it every day is hard to break.
