I got a request by disneydiva01to make a tutorial for this SCRUBS icon
so I’m going to try my best to duplicate it...

First like the image in my SCRUBS icon I got this image of Maxie from SoapNet’s night shift gallery

First I took my image and colored it...
I duplicated the image and set to soft light
New color layer #07121d set to exclusion 100
New color layer #caf4e5 set to burn 100
New hue/saturation layer as follows:
Master: Saturation 16
Yellow: Saturation 4
Cyan: Saturation 12

Merge image

Resize image (this particular one was height 114 with 100


Now take this texture
and paste your image on to it
Set image to multiply


Arrange image on canvas


Erase the background around image and you are done
