So for anyone who hasn't heard, I'm moving to Boston in a couple of weeks. It's a combination of a lot of things, best summed up by the phrase "it's time for a change."

The open mic songwriting challenge prompt this month was "august snowstorms," which is a phrase pretty much tailor-made for me, even though I didn't come up with it.

The current system's maximum volume is not nearly loud enough to adequately handle Even So (or GN'R or ilyAIMY for that matter, but my iPod decided to start with "Joseph Lewis Lucas" tonight)

but as i don't, here are the bits of our vacation that stick in my mind.

Erica's housemates, Brennan and Victoria, got married this weekend. It was a beautiful day, a beautiful ceremony, and the closest I've come to tearing up in a while. Congratulations and all the best to them.
