Ok, I understood that because I used to spend way too many nights going and taping or taking pictures of "odd" things. You explained this all to me. I was actually kind of surprised when I completely understood!

Works great for video cameras where you have the remote in hand So you can star/stop recording any time you want. As for ordinary 35mm cameras, one will need one super long shutter release. Or get a digital 35mm that has a hand held remote.
