Woke up to the kind of rain that you'd expect in the dead of winter this morning. Sometimes I think ten hour blue skies are a thing of the past - I can't recall the last full day where I didn't get pissed on at some point. That looks intensely delicious. As if you would degrade yourself by making something less than Michelin star worthy :P Did you try the dark chocolate and orange rind we were talking about? If so I'm bagsing some of it. ;)

Probably for the same reason you go to those concerts for infants - because I enjoy them. We can agree on Whistler, at least.

wow, and here i thought i was cool making my nutella pastries. that chocolate looks phenomenal. i didn't know pip had a professional chef at home ;)

It likely looks more impressive than it is - all you need to do is slow melt chocolate and add things before you let it set. If you're so inclined you can do the same with spoons in icecube molds, they make chocolate lollipops.
