Shopping trip to Costco today. Love the store and the bargains but sometimes it's hard. There are so many perishable foods that I wouldn't ever use before they go bad. When I was moving into my first apartment my mom and I made a Costco run. I had 2 lists - Costco and a normal store. Mom got the bright idea that we should just look for everything at Costco. I almost had to cal 911 for Mom after I just sighed "Sure - we can get the 6 ft toilet plunger or the handy 12-pack here."

There are too many things I buy at Costco that one of is plenty. Today - Clorox Wipes. Did I need 6? No. Did I buy a 6 pack? Yes!

The worst part is feeling like you need the 4000 pack of paper towels rather than going 2 places to buy a few things in sensible amounts. I swear they pump something into the air at Costco.

Ha! That reminds me of that one Seinfeld episode where Kramer buys everything in bulk. I don't shop there for that reason. I hear they have good deals on electronics and other non bulk items. (even coffins from what I hear)

You really can get a good tv, radio etc there cheaper than most anywhere else. And if you do happen to eat two loaves of bread before they go bad, then you're set there too!
