Oh. My. God. Does this mean that Baekhyun and Kyungsoo knows that Luhan is an Invalid now? Wow this chapter. About the shard, was it like on the ground covered in blood or sticking out of Luhan's back and covered in blood? That part was confusing but other than that OH MY GOD HE'S NOT DEAD HALLELUJAH

"plastered by thick, viscous blood onto the bathroom mirror." - it's stuck on the mirror :P Luhan was propelled backwards by the force of throwing up, and all that blood he threw up shot straight into the mirror, hence why the regurgitated contents (along with the shard) was stuck on the mirror! :D

Haha glad to have cleared things up :)
my username is a portmanteau of the words "ochrasy" and "notorious". Ochrasy is a term coined by a Swedish rock band that describes a hallucinatory world where anything can happen (I guess you could draw comparisons to Neverland). It's also the name of their world on their official website where you can register. A few years back when I registered, my username is "notorious" and so afterwards I started using "notochrasy" as my username for almost everything on the internet haha.

also, if you want to read into it a bit more, "not" can also indicate a negative prefix that indicates that it is not ochrasy, so it's not a hallucinatory world where anything can happen.

While I Kyungsoo and Baekhyun do suspect something, who knows, nothing is confirmed and they haven't really taken any action yet and trust Luhan enough to be unsupervised in the North Wing :)

But Kris on the other hand....definitely wouldn't wanna be around him when he gets back lol :|

And this is totally irrelevant but you gave Baekhyun an interest in molecular engineering and biotech which is what I'm currently majoring in and he is my bias so like omg wat

the science is such a love/hate thing I think haha, I know a lot of people do like it but sometimes I think it might get complicated if the reader hasn't got a background in biology XD

Yeah I can see how the science could be a tad overwhelming but it also makes it all the more real (?) like there's a solid background behind it.. idk how to explain lmao

Yup, that was definitely what I was aiming for because tbh I'm not very good with just spinning straight fantasy so if I can support something a little "out there" with seemingly grounded facts, it really helps with my writing haha

I am so glad that you updated. I have been waiting forever...lol...I can't express my joy to see that it was.

This story is amazing. Its very different from the run of the mill sort of stories that you expect with fanfiction and I am sure it must be difficult to research and properly apply the scientific theory without it coming off as a lecture. You do a really good job with that by the way. I am often very impressed, not just by that fact but the story as a whole. You are an excellent writer.

A comment specific to the chapter...OMG Luhan!!! Is he going to be alright? Thank God you said that won't be any character deaths, cuz I was seriously worried for a second. I hope Yixing is alright as well and someone comes an help them before Luhan is hurt even more. I am really curious to see how Kris will handle everything when he returns and its all such a mystery. I love it!!!

That no comments thing seriously pisses me off sometimes. Its super annoying so I refuse to be one of those people that can't help a writer out. Its always good to know that your work is appreciated or something that you can fix.....I was hoping its just the Kyusung shippers..lol...I guess not

Haha it's good on days where I'm inspired, on days where I'm just sick of reading journals and articles...I want nothing to do with this fic. Or I end up writing all the non-science dialogue that may come up in future chapters.

I'm such a sucker for angst ;; like almost all my previous fics (which aren't many) are angst LOL like the Han Geng lawsuit alone birthed a series of angst fics from me lol :| But I'm definitely hoping for a non angst ending for this story LOL, had to rethink plot so many times along the way to ensure that not too many people end up villainized lol.

omg yes, starting is always hard. I can never start from the beginning either (unless it's one of these chapters where it begins with a wordy prologue) so I always start smack bam in a random conversation.
