AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL BRING SHARPLY COLDER AIR TO THE AREA BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. RAIN WILL CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN AND EVENTUALLY TO SLEET AND SNOW BY THURSDAY.
