Half obscured by a scabbard draped over it the video nonetheless shows glimpses of Sodia fighting invisible enemies--or is she just speed-training by catching and punching as many leaves as they fall as she can? It looks rather silly, but it's good exercise, and it is keeping her moving constantly.]
