The workshop is open Tuesdays to Fridays afternoons 14.00-18.00, and whole day Saturdays 10.00-18.00. I usually go every Saturday from 10.00-13.00. Sometimes maybe I'll stay the afternoon too. It's $50 per hour for a member and $80 per hour for non-member. I figured with the hours I'm going, paying for the $600 membership would give me a larger savings. My calculations didn't count a full 52 weeks because sometimes there are public holidays and maybe I go on holiday too, so I think basing the calculations on 40 weeks should be fair enough.
Yes, I really want to go serious with German. Historically, there were 2 institutions offering German courses and I have been to both already, technically finished both their syllabus too. But I find even finishing both, I couldn't exactly follow A1 level stuff.

What do you make at the ceramics workshop? It sounds cool.
Do you find that knowing Cantonese is helpful when it comes to studying Mandarin?
