Despite a few interesting ideas I've read on this device, I'm taking Walter Sullivan back to the police station as we agreed the day before. From this point on, I'm volunteering myself to watch over him during his stay. Visitors are going to have to deal with me hanging around as well

I suggest he be given the same treatment as Sweeney Todd as far as use of his communicator is concerned. Limited use each day as long as he asks for it.
