Chapter 11:
Yuya was about to leave or work when he noticed Ryosuke looking for something.
“What are you looking for?” He asked, approaching the boy.
“I’m looking for my glasses.” Ryosuke crawles under the sofa but he didn’t find it there. Yuya tried looking for it to.
“Found it!” Yuya found the red glasses and wiped it clean.
“Thanks.” Ryosuke reached for it but Yuya Raised it high above his head, trying to tease Ryosuke.
“Takaki-kun! Give it to me! I need that!” Ryosuke jumped, trying to get his glasses.
“Try to reach it then.” Yuya mocked him, still holding his glasses high above his head.
Ryosuke jumped, trying to grab the glasses but as he lands, he lost his balance and stumbled down pushing Yuya with him and they both fell on the ground.
Ryosuke can hear Yuya’s heartbeat as his head is rested above Yuya’s chest and his whole body on top of him. They’re position made him feel very embarrassed at the moment.
“Ryosuke…” he heard Yuya whisper his name in a rather different tone and this made him look up to him. Their eyes met and they felt their feeling build up more as they stay like that longer. Yuya stared at Ryosuke’s eyes as if it was the most precious gem he’s ever seen. The eyes that he’s embarrassed to admit that he loves.
“I love you.” Yuya finally admitted. He swears he tried to control his feelings for he knows it is wrong. How can he fell in love to the son of the woman he swore to love forever? But the more he held it in the more it escaped.
Ryosuke didn’t know what to say. He didn’t know what to feel. He knows he feel the same way but the thought of his mom tells him to push Yuya away and run. He didn’t know what to do but to just stay like that and stare lovingly at Yuya’s eyes.
When he didn’t hear any reply he had this sudden surge. He pulled Ryosuke’s body upward to make his face on the same level as him.
When their faces are just centimetres apart, he kissed him. All his worries disappeared like magic as he felt Ryosuke’s lips on his, it felt so perfect. Ryosuke tried to move away but he held his head and pushed their kiss deeper. His other hand circled around Ryosuke’s waist. When their kiss became torrid, Ryosuke bit his tongue. This surprised Yuya and his hold loosened. Ryosuke took this chance and moved away, panting.
“You don’t know what you’re saying! How can you say that you love me when you’re married to my mom???!!!!” Ryosuke shouted. Tears uncontrollably began to stream down his face. This made Yuya’s heart burn like hell.
“I-I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to. God knows I don’t want this feeling, but it’s to much to hold back. “ Yuya’s eyes began to water as well. He crwled closer to Ryosuke and held his face. “Don’t cry, please.” He wipped Ryosuke’s tears. Ryosuke looked at him.
“As much as I hate to admit, but I-I feel the same way, b-but I don’t want to hurt my mom. She’s as important to me as you are.”
Yuya’s heart was overwhelmed to know that Ryosuke love him to but, his worry came back as he realized in what situation they’re in. At loss on what to say, he hugged Ryosuke tightly, trying to ease him, and he hugged back.
“One week. Let’s have one week to love each other. When Yu’s back, we’ll go back to what we used to be. I know it’ll hurt, but as of now, that’s all we have. I don’t want to hurt Yu either and I don’t want to ruin your relationship with her. I’m not worth it, Ryosuke.”
Ryosuke nodded and just buried his once again tearful face on Yuya’s shoulder. As of now, that’s enough.
“Did you cry? What happened?” Chinen and Yuto immediately approached him and he probably noticed Ryosuke’s puffy eyes.
“It’s nothing. I just didn’t get enough sleep last night.” Unfortunately it was followed by a sniff.
“Don’t lie to me Ryo-chan. I know you. You cried! What’s wrong?” Chinen held both of his shoulders and shook him and looked at him worriedly.
“Chii. Don’t force him, he’ll speak up when he’s ready, right Ryo-chan?” Yuto sat beside him and tried to console him.
“You know you can always talk to us Ryo-chan. We’re just around when you need us.” Yuto smiled at him and it made him somehow relieved.
“Thanks guys. I’ll tell you everything when it sank in me already. As of now, I’m still absorbing everything that happened.” Ryosuke gave them an assuring smile.
“You’re worrying me more.” Chinen said then sighed.
Yuya’s drove to a sweets shop and bought everything that’s strawberry in the store. I’ll make the most out of the one week. He thought as he drove home excitedly. I’ll surely show you how much you mean to me, Ryosuke, even for just this short time. His smile became bitter. All they can do now is resign to fate.
Note: This is getting kinda difficult. Anyway, hope you like it :) Sorry it took long, I'm working on the requirement to the university I'm going to. Uhuh, I'm already in college! Yatta!
