its been kinda depressing lately...well at least when it comes to like lifting. like i can lift a lot more but im not really getting bigger. it kinda sucks...i dunno. Someday though i wanna look like arnold in that pick. i bought some new valve springs for my car so ...woohoo i guess. umm other that....well nothin really.

i am so jam packed with stuff to do! i have work evey other day and then on my off days i have pit orchestra rehersal. its all good though. the weekend is almost here. im gonna get some new valve springs for my car. yay.. umm other than that there isent much going on.

ok never mind that last post ....i snatched 80 today!!!!

i have just been thinking about how much i need to get lifting. granted i lift every day but it doesent look like it. its kinda pissing me off. im almost at a last resort.(Danny knows what im talking about!) my total for clean & jerk and snatch is 177.5 kilos. which kinda sucks. i need to get to 200 by the end of the year. but anyways...moving ( Read more... )

so my we put the hood on my car sat. it looks freeking awesome. i just cant stop staring at it. i get a lot of look too. but other than that not much has happened. i lifted in a weightlifting competition on sat and did pretty shitty. it happens i guess. im just trying to get back to where i was before i broke my ankle. its really discouraging ( Read more... )

i know i've probably said this before...but i feel like im in the movie office space. because every day i go to work, is worse than the day before. and yeah...just like the doctor said in office space....thats messed up

the only thing i dont like working is not having as much time to spend with your family. it really wears on you. most of you probably dont really like spending time with your family but i love it. i like it more than hanging out with freinds and is just seems that when i work i dont have time to do that. i dont like getting all sappy in this post ( Read more... )
