geez man, if you wanted to make beer, all you had to do was come over. I just finished an optimator clone (my first all-grain attempt)last week, and am going down to the beer nut this afternoon to pick up another kit. I'm thinking a pale ale, perhaps an english. that one I am going to brew a week from Monday while Chels is in Florida on biz.
