I had Chinese take-out for dinner last night.

My fortune cookie fortune read, "Your lucky number for this week is nine."

My lucky numbers from the back of said fortune, however, didn't include 9.

Good thought, but, sadly, no. There were only six lucky numbers.

Come to think of it, there wasn't a '9' as any digit of any of them.

Numerology can find a way to get a 9 in there. Do they add up to 9?

I don't remember. There weren't any of the numbers in the list whose digits (for double-digit numbers) added to nine.

I'm sure some combination of them would add up to nine, but what to do with the rest? :)
