I've never been the spiritual type, but I can't help but wonder if we're being punished at the rate things are going. Faith has always been limited not only due to disappointment, but I've always maintained the notion that simply being a good person is enough. I've always been morally conscience; I've never knowingly hurt someone at my own consent

God, I agree wholeheartedly. I haven't cried like this in nearly 11 years since I lost my grandmother. But even then I don't believe that even came close to this...
