"The Cool England." Vince has always really liked Bri, ever since she recognized him during their first conversation. (The way to a Vince's heart is his vanity!) Most of the time he forgets that she's supposed to be a country, like he does with most of the others, and just sees her as a person. And then she does something completely mad, and he remembers again. He may fancy her a little bit-- but that just means she's female and has a pulse.

BRO! Not only is Scout one of Vince's few male friends, he's also one of the only males he doesn't have a really weird relationship with. He's a good, dependable guy that brings a bit of normalcy into his otherwise very abnormal life. Football is totally better than baseball, though.

Vince likes his not!wife-- after all, he likes almost everybody. But, it's the things he doesn't like about her that help him the most: She doesn't put up with his bullshit, which is slowly but surely getting rid of that "oh I can just take advantage of everyone and nobody will care because I'm just that great" mentality he's held onto for so long. If he had to be stuck in a fake marriage with anyone, he's glad it's her, even if he does live in fear of the mop.

Harley is Vince's good friend and coworker. She's a bit crazy, and he knows that, but she's his favorite kind: the kind that knows how to have fun. His initial conversations with her have protected him from the existential crisis that may have arisen from a 4th wall breaking-- after all, they're all from different realities, and a movie in one world could be real in another. And he truly believed her when she said she wasn't a villain anymore.

The aforementioned really weird relationship. For the longest time, Vince used England as a sort of replacement for Howard, to help himself deal with the loss. But, England isn't Howard, and Vince's frustration with that reality often caused conflict. Even though he doesn't "need" him for that anymore, Vince has still grown attached to him, and considers him one of his best friends here-- even if he doesn't always act like it.

Alice is the most badass girl Vince has ever met-- and that includes the girls that cut him up once. He's very glad she's on his side, and credits having both her and Lucas in Westport with him for his survival. After Westport, he took a bit of a fancy to her, but won't act on it, half because he respects her relationship with Hatter and half because he thinks she'd slap him for it.

He's a well-respected man about town.

Japan's a weird guy! He's always so awkward around Vince-- not that he'll ever attribute such a reaction to his own weirdness, of course. Vince thinks Japan is a pretty nice guy-- he's just not that sure on how to deal with extremely introverted people yet.

He's pretty much completely forgotten about the elections themselves, but America definitely gained Vince's respect and trust through that-- after all, someone who wins a popularity contest has to be good, right? He'll defend him when England starts off on his tirades, and he'll direct anyone with escape ambitions towards him. He's glad somebody's in charge around here!

Howard is Vince's best friend, and he likes him more than anybody he knows-- excluding himself, of course. Sure, they argue a lot, and Vince thinks Howard is a total loser, but such is the relationship between them, odd to everyone looking in but perfectly sensible to those in it. They'd never been apart for any amount of time ever since they'd met, so not having Howard around for months really took a toll on him. Now that he's here, Vince appreciates him a lot more-- not like he'd ever tell him that, though.

Vince knows better than anybody that the majority of the kids in Mayfield are more competent and useful in their current setting than he will ever be, and Crowe is one of those kids. He seems genuinely nice and polite, which is something rare and unusual in Vince's mind. He's glad they're friends.

Though she's told him herself that she's not really, he does see her as the Queen, though this usually just expresses itself as a desire to help and protect her. He's not as creepy about it as England is.
