I swear I saw two people totally having sex in the middle of Washington Park this afternoon...

I just watched the men's 4X100 medley where Michael Phelps got his 8th gold metal, and the men's 100 meter event where this guy from Jamaica shattered the old world record as if it were easy...

I'm shocked and stunned by these two events and oddly feel full of adrenaline.

Jon and Kate Plus 8 marathon tonight!  I'm so excited, I've got them all set to DVR :D

I also noticed that the Duggar's have another special on TLC tonight.  I sense an angry rant coming...self induced, of course.  (I set them to record as well)
