Why does the drunk dragon look like he's having such a bad time.

I was just watching "Weird Nature" on Animal Planet. Like the last 3/4 of the episode was about animals getting fucked up. It was sick. Like how catnip has similar chemicals to male cats, but they cause a euphoric effect in both male and female cats.
