In the notes, I prefer `Ivrit Mizrahit since it more closely reflects what I would say if I were learning, say, Eruvin.
That said, I'm not entirely happy with the transliteration scheme. Accuracy in transliteration and actually readability thereof are frequently conflicting goals...
