I believe "tzniut" is a noun - modesty. The adjective for modest is tzaNUah/tz'nu'AH (caps indicates empahsized syllable - please forgive my unclear transliteration scheme - the masculine is tzadik-nun-vav-eyin, the femine is tzadik-nun-vav-eyin-heh, they are pronounced in roughly the same pattern as the femine and masuline forms of the numbers 7-9 [w/ reversed gender, since the #s are funny that way]).
