So team, I had a rocking oral argument on a mock Sandoval hearing. For all of you n00bz who don't know what a Sandoval hearing is, it is a common-law hearing based on the principle that past convictions and arrests may be prejudicial if introduced by the prosecution on cross-examination to impeach.
