Rather recently, I went to the Key Club, in Hollywood California, to go see a bunch of speed metal bands. I head banged. I danced. I made older men feel awkward. I did the splits on stage. All was well. But, one thing I learned during the experience was the etiquette of moshing. Oh yes, there is indeed manners to stomping, rampaging, and pushing
