Talking about names

Haha... and mostly you picked the names that are more MY favorite than Mark's favorite as that is the combined shortlist as it currently stands. Thanks for the input. I usually think polls of this kind are dumb, but I'm so at a loss here!... much more than we were with Eli. I just don't have any strong enough feelings on anything (maybe because this pregnancy has been an even more insane rollercoaster ride than his was, maybe because girl's names are harder, maybe because I'm just a generalized mess ( ... )

Thanks, and I agree that Eli is gorgeous. I love HIS name, too (and Eliza, which makes sense because they are so close). Maybe you will know once you see your baby. I thought I knew until I actually saw Kyu, and then we started over (for his middle name).

... are my faves. Also, Alice. Ellery is cute but still like others better. Not a big fan of Stella, Darwin, or Adelaide.

I like Amalia, too! I've never heard it before.

As a disclaimer, I'm leaving Wren off the list because I know one Wren and she is such an individual, I can't imagine any other child with her name!

Awesome, we've talked about this before but it is so hard for me to do this time around! I just dont' know why.

Hearing people's opinions helps solidify my own opinion, if you know what I mean. Like when you can't decide something and you toss a coin and then you realize you were disappointed with the result so you figure out what you REALLY did want.

Thanks for your input. I feel like I've neglected thinking about this too much and getting opinions is making it easier to concentrate on! And Adelaide was my great grandmother's name.

Consider that my #4. I think Wren is my favorite now, but I like bird-flavored names :)
