I blog, therefore I   ...am a dork?

Once upon a time, when I was born, my ma and pa wanted to name me Holly but they weren't sure if it was a good Catholic name.  Whatever that means.  They decided to play it safe and entered Carol Mari on my birth certificate.  However, they always called me Holly.  Apparently, a non-approved *nick*name is not a sin.  Or something.

So, apparently all that stressing and studying payed off. I am so excited about my grades!! We'll see where I end up ultimately, but I am going to enjoy that lovely 3.92 GPA for the time being.

Now, I get to send my transcript to the principal of my old high school and get myself a diploma. A couple decades late, but hey...

What the eff??!!

Wow, working with the church staff is a hoot! They have all the same crap going on as any office environment--scheduling snafus, server malfunctions, personnel conflicts, etc.--but with a rather interesting difference.

Very rarely, lately, have I had hope that our national media would get in Dubya's face on the behalf of the rest of us and call him on the disaster that is his presidency.
