i cancelled my appointment for today because my back hurts like a mo fo. i had to babysit today and i was playing around with him as soon as i woke up and the middle of my back started hurting like whoa out of nowhere. i have an s-shaped spine because my left leg is shorter than the right one. because of the S shape it also stretches and crunches
