I joined a choir this week.  The choir is the Russian
Chamber Chorus of New York.

My musical "education" has been mostly the german school with a smattering
of Italian opera (mostly Puccini), French impressionism
(e.g. Debussy), and the nationalistic composers (e.g. Sebelius).  I felt that I had

I moved into yet a new place this week. It is identical to the last place in it's layout, it's in the same building, but faces the other side into the courtyard, which makes it much more quiet.

I've had an iv of Eggnog hooked up for about 3 days now, and I'm slowly starting to relax.
On this Christmas eve, I wish I could have visited more relatives this trip. Its always a fine balance between the desire for rest and the desire to catch up with the people I haven't seen in a year or more.
