I am going to North Dakota in July. For absolutely no other reason than to see family because apparently there is nothing in ND. Why do people live there? Today was my day off until I dont know when. The Enchanted Highway was sort of cool too. It is simply a series of giant scrap metal sculptures lining the road.
The nightlife in Bismarck and Fargo is not terrific but they're cute little towns that are worth seeing for novelty's sake. Fargo has a good little cinema downtown.
At the museum of North Dakota in Bismark they have these really cool sculptures made out of rebar. I might be strange, but I'd go back to the state just to see them.
