Tonight is my friday. Im going out with some peers from my class. I hope its good. Its probably going to be like Modesto, but ten time worse. My stocks, sauces and soups class is over. Today was my first day in Traditional European. We did a trial run for our practical on Monday. I think I did pretty good. My teacher asked me if I would consider being on the competition team. I guess I have excellent knife cuts.
