Just a thought, but looking at that weight graph, have you considered that maybe the scale you're using is broken? I know it's the classic excuse, but, srsly.
Yeah, it's an analog scale so it's bound to be a little wonky. I usually step on it 3-4 times and make sure the points are in a cluster. Every time I've tracked my weight over a period of time, though, it ends up looking like this. I gain/lose the same 5 lbs nearly every week. The overall trend is down, with the lows being a little lower each time. For example, as of 10 minutes ago I'm at X+2 again, but I'd bet the next dip will be at or lower than the last one.
Part of it (or so I'm told) is PCOS, which aside from causing weight on its own apparently often goes hand-in-hand with thyroid problems. So losing weight that my system is fighting to keep on isn't going to be easy.
