Why are people so afraid all of the time? We're all afraid of shit that doesn't even matter in the long run, and we act like this is acceptable behaviour. We're scared of what this person will think, scared of getting in trouble at work or school for speaking up on an issue, scared of disappointing a parent/lover/friend/whoever, scared of someone ( Read more... )

• At my former office job, I'd wear animal hat beanies to the daily staff meeting in the morning.
• I never wore bras until my early 30s.
