On sunday I was walking the mighty guide beast of much shedding, and musing about nothing in particular on my transit around the block. Soon after I left the house a thought struck me. I said to myself, "I really enjoy being Nyyki. I like being me."
I guess the clouds have cleared, at least for now. Feels good.

Okay, I've hit the one third mark toward my weight goal. I've managed to drop 45 pounds this year, and with consistent work I can drop another 25 or so this year. I'm .2 pounds below the goal I set for this year.
