I'm dropping about two pounds a week right now thanks to a minor change in diet and an increase in exercise. I'm tight on money right now, so I'm eating less, and that's contributing to this reduction. Finally. I got a chance to hear the descriptive video track for the first Hobbit movie today. I've listened to it twice without this before, and now it really makes sense to me.
