My Dad managed to fix the LCD screen on my laptop! Good thing too, as I want a MacBook Pro, but am holding out for the fabled 2011 revamp!

I finished watching BSG. OMG. This obviously deserves a post of it's own. (No spoilers in the comments please, as I have friends who are still watching!) I just spent hours looking for icons

You know, it had never occurred to me! I assume it's lichen, as everything is still pretty lifeless over here! I really should pay more attention! Everything on that moor looked so alien. Or like the Earth centuries after some huge war!

Yes, there really is nothing like seeing pups bounding around! He's always so happy when he can run like that! :D

I haven't! Although I know I probably should! I've only had eyes for the A Song of Ice and Fire series for the past few months, but I'm on the last book to have been published now, so I'll definitely add it to my list! :D

I know! I'd never visited them before! I shall definitely go again as they're only the other side of my home town. They looked really odd though, so scarred by the mine shafts below!

OMG BSG! I'm off work on Thursday, I will make an epic post with photos and all. I was worried no one would care any more at this point! I wish I hadn't missed the boat! So thank you for giving me hope enough to post my thoughts about it all!

It's so great to be able to look for icons and screencaps without being terrified of spoilers! I've been having a second watch during my first watch, if that makes sense! I introduced my parents to the show whilst I was halfway through with my friends, so I've seen every episode twice. I missed SO MUCH on the first watch, usually because I was hiding behind a pillow, terrified that my favourites were going to die! I swear there was a run of about five episodes in Season 4 during which I never emerged from behind it.
