Nothing exciting happened to me today.
Work was okay.
Washing machine was almost fixed.
I blew off CERT class.
I did yard work.
I ate salmon. First deviation. Now to be utterly attentive & see how my body really feels about it.
Did 27 dishes.
Played Sims.

Nothing of importance happened today. My taxes are done and off. Still sticking to my guns with eating, meditating and yes, this counts as journaling. -

Thanksgiving from the Past
It looked like Thanksgiving. It smelt like Thanksgiving. It even tasted like Thanksgiving, but it wasn’t.

Scotland
How cool is this?
I live in the castle and am there most of the time so any overseas visitors who are arriving for the week previous and after the gathering please call into the castle and I will advise of places to visit in the area and can open the castle bar and or 16th century kitchen for socialising.
