Ok...so double up day has left me double headaches :( -
Vibration
I picked the wrong day to go to the gym. Today was "double up day" where we... well double upped on the equipment. My muscles are now vibrating. -

Today at the physio I had my very first acupuncture treatment. Not sure if I enjoyed looking like an echidna though.
