I have been super shitty. I am suppose to be getting a new dr today. So ya here we go back onto the meds. I got a long lecture from my aunt that "Bi Polar people need meds or it could get ugly." Too late. Anyways just an update. I now have to do a "Mood Journal." I may just use this and print off some stuff that seem important.
