I had a conversation with my best friend a couple of weeks ago or so who is in another 12 step program. I told her about a woman who appeared at my Thursday 7pm meeting. Dinner: 4oz Pork Loin
5oz Green Beans
1 Artichoke
1 oz Almonds

It is so interesting to me that here I am 68 days abstinent. I am also amazed that I managed to find so much time to work my program. When I was in the food- I wouldn't have been able to find the time for 5 minutes. Now I feel as if everything I do during the day is working the program. What a blessing ( Read more... )
