Texas property is now acquired!  Like, finally... after many more months than I was anticipating, and I still had to jump through underwriter hoops, even though I was given the impression that I would not (for special USDA loan). Raising the money is going to be the hardest part. I already have materials lined up (just need money to purchase them). While these materials are discounted, it's still $$$$
