Diet:
Fresh & Organic foods
No Fast food
Nothing Fried
Whole wheat's & Non-fat Dairy
Low Salt
No sweats obviously
No sodas or sugary drinks(including custom coffees-ugh!)
Gym routine: at least 3 times weeknights and once weekends but I'm shooting for more as well as actually walking the dog twice a
