I have a couple things to offer that may be of help from friends that had success with the same situations.

#1 Consider that eating and sleeping are a necessity for normal functioning. Relaxation is also needed, and giving it as much weight as other requirements that give you fuel to be your best is wise.

#2 Put it on a list of things to do as a baby step towards spontaneity. Make sure you don't leave it "open" for other activities to fill. Example "go to beach with no other people with me and relax." or "Go to coffee shop and read.".

Wish you the best!

Excellent.

I swing from having too much time to not having enough because I've filled up the too much time with THINGS! They must be done! I'm sitting aroung too much OMG!

So, I understand the struggle.

Put it on the calendar so it doesn't fill up.
