So it seems Lycos is shutting down its webmail and hosting services in Europe, but the US services will still be kept going (at least for now). I read a report that was in error. So yay, I don't have to worry about my site disappearing (at least for now LOL). Back your regularly-scheduled fandom.

Is there an equivalent to LJ-Sec that you can use to tranfer your files here, or to InsaneJournal? Or someplace?

LJ-Sec itself probably won't work, but here's the link anyway: http://www.mp3vcr.com/ljsec/. It's a handy safeguard tool, in case LJ weirdness ensues.

Seems the report failed to mention the shutdowns were for Europe only, not the US. So I still have a site for now. But thanks for the link to LJ-sec. Might have to play with that.
