Yay! classes start tomorrow! finally!

So as my time draws even shorter, I am so ready to get outta here. I was becoming a bit nervous until I received an email from a German student who will be at Rennes with me - who voiced some of the same concerns that I had about being there all alone and whatnot. So, you know what's a really weird feeling? Realizing that you only have 2 and a half weeks left before you leave. Everytime I say September 18th, it feels so far away, now that I can put it into words like - not this monday, not the next, but the next. It feels a lot closer.

Exciting! yet kinda scary

I just purchased my plane ticket! Now I'm just 2 months and 19 other forms away from leaving for France!

I have not been eaten by a bear - thought I should mention that since it is a question running through certain people's minds right now.

What's up with the French, really? They are confusing me more and more already and I haven't even arrived yet. Everytime I send an email written in French, I receive one back in English. What must I do to actually converse in French with them?!?

It must be said now that the French can be a very complicated people. Yes, we all knew this already, I'm just admitting it now - trying to find what classes to take or atleast which ones are available is about impossible. I just got my confirmation! I'm going back to France! :)

So, it's springtime once again, and it's really cold outside.

Around 2PM tomorrow, Jonathan and I are leaving for Montreal! - I couldn't be more excited or happier! Good times are to be had, and I can't think of a better person to go with. Yay for happy times :)
