today i did okay.
breakfast - half a riveta cracker
lunch - half bowl of soup
dinner - two sugar free red bulls.
done a 12 hour shift at work so walked for at least 12 hours today :)
back is sore :( but im feeling better
oh and some lovely guy at work told me i had lovely love handles. sense the sarcasm.
